OC Around the Table is the world’s largest community dinner event, designed to foster unity, connection, and inclusivity by bringing together people from diverse backgrounds to share a meal at one long table.

OC Around the Table is led by the Pacifica Institute, in partnership with the City of Fountain Valley, Orange County, and the Orange County Interfaith Network (OCIN), Fountain Valley Chamber of Commerce, Greater Huntington Beach Interfaith Council.
Everyone is welcome! Whether you’re an individual, family member, table host, sponsor, or guest, you can be part of this community potluck.
- Table Hosts bring food and invite guests—no monetary contributions required.
- Sponsors help with logistics, chairs, tables, and coordination.
- Guests join the table, meet new people, and enjoy a shared meal experience.
If you’d like to host a table by bringing dishes and inviting guests, please email the organizing team (contact details provided on the website).
There is no admission fee for guests. Hosts contribute by preparing food, and sponsors cover event logistics.
Yes! Organizations like the Pacifica Institute, OCIN, and others are actively involved, either as hosts, sponsors, or partners.
Donations help cover expenses for chairs, tables, park fees, security, cleanup, and setting up the world’s longest table. You can donate via the “Donate Now” link on the website.
By attending, you consent to photography and audio/video recordings used for event promotion and archives. If you'd rather not be recorded, please inform a staff member on-site.
RSVP via the provided Google Form link—required for planning table seating and attendance logistics. Your RSVP will ask for name, contact info, number of attendees, institution affiliation, and seating preferences (including host or guest, and who you'd like to sit with).
The RSVP form includes a question where you can list preferred seating companions; otherwise, you'll be seated randomly.
